The Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific comes to Sepang

Sepang, 31st October – The 2014 Ferrari Challenge Asia-Pacific sixth and last round race returns once again to Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia, from 1st – 2nd November. The race at Sepang was last held from 21st – 23rd February in conjunction with Ferrari Racing Days.

Philippe Prette from Hong Kong continues to lead the Trofeo Pirelli class with 213 points, followed by Steve Wyatt from Australia and Ringo Chong from Singapore with 178 and 112 points respectively. Meanwhile, David Tjiptobiantoro from Indonesia increased his lead in the Coppa Shell category with a total of 224 points, a 58-point advantage over fellow Challenge driver, Paul van Loenhaut from Australia. Tani Hanna from Lebanon is third with 102 points.

The Challenge drivers will undertake three rounds of practice sessions today, with the first race tomorrow at 3:00 PM local time and the second race on Sunday also at 3:00 PM local time.
